Chapter 7

ELECTIONS*

Sec. 7-1.  Nonpartisan elections required.  

 

Candidates for election to municipal office shall file and run on a nonpartisan basis as provided by Chapter 32 of the Nebraska Revised Statutes of 1943, as the same shall from time to time be amended.

Sec. 7-2.  Wards and election districts.

                       

The city shall consist of four (4) wards as shown on the official map on file in the office of the city clerk.
